DESCRIPTION:
"Awesome content, but the quality is very bad" according to Natalya. This book will help to everyone who wants to learn fashion designs. Illustrations are awesome indeed, great content. At the same time, the quality of book itself is extremely poor for such price. The paper is very thin, the quality of printing is bad, the binding inside is just horrible and will break soon enough. I do not recommend to buy paper version of this book. The price is too huge comparing to poor quality, doesn't worth such money. I do not understand how it can be so expensive with such bad paper, also illustrations are mainly white and black, not color. Looks like it was just printed on home print. "Excellent" according to RLC. I purchased this book for my 11 year old niece who is very bright and very interested in fashion design. She skimmed the book, we watched the DVD and her skill level in drawing her independent designs and the models wearing them was increased 10 fold. I can only imagine the leap as she reads this text with more depth and continues to practice.I will be purchasing the new version that is set to be released this year.. "the gold standard" according to the Reader. i teach from this book and it is instrumental in creating enormous breakthroughs in students' sketching abilities. you will never tire of this book. loads of information. a must.
