The author simply took screen shots of the Microsoft website and labeled them step1, step2, etc. The price is a low bar but you'd think the author could have been troubled enough to actually type a sentence next to the screen shot. Unfortunately no. Funny thing is, I've written more words here than are in this 59 page book.
