Great biography for young readers Patricia Howard Great biography for young readers!! As a former female athlete, I thoroughly enjoyed Kammie's story. I also know the author, so mainly bought the book because of her. Have passed it on to my 11 year old granddaughter.. I didnt enjoy this book I didnt enjoy this book. It didnt bring her to life. It was more cut and dry. Read Babe Ruth or Hattie Blaylock. They take you right to them
