Well worth the wait! Since reading the very first Kristie adventure my granddaughters couldn't wait for the next. They were so happy to receive the newest in the series, A Visit to the Fridge!! We had so much fun reading the book together and looking at the darling illus. Truly Wonderful Arlene I know this author personally - we grew up together in Chicago! So, of course, I had to get her book (I already have her first book) to add to my library. It is very entertaining and speaks to children as well as adults who have ever had their childr. "ANOTHER GREAT KRISTIE ADVENTURE!" according to Mimi. This is another great installment of Kristie's Excellent Adventures. Kristie is such a cute, adventurous character that all children can relate to. Kids love this series - I am buying several copies as Christmas presents for the children in my life.
