Unfortunately, the timeline is all there is I downloaded the Kindle sample of this book, and was hooked. This was definitely the book I had been looking for! The part of the book that is in the sample is this detailed timeline overview, and the sample goes through about the early to mid 1800s.So, I bought the full Kindle edition.
