My book was taken before I could read it. I recieved the book and before I could even browse through it my daughter in law, who is a nutritionist, saw it, scanned it, and asked if she could have it. According to her the medical references used in the book were excellent in her work of guiding her patients.. "Plenty of good tips. Easy reading" according to S John. Maybe not as current as it could be. Plenty of good tips. Easy reading.
