M.C. Beaton Scores Again I'm a fan of Ms. Beaton. I have all of her Hamish Macbeth and Agatha Raisin stories on audio and love to listen over and over again. The sexual content of any of her books is only hinted. Children have seen/heard far worse watching television programs or ads. The stories are not fast paced so if you like alot of violence or physical interaction, this character may not be for you. My husband also enjoys listening to Hamish so it's a family affair.. Another great Macbeth mystery As usual, this is an excellent book in an excellent series. Many colorful characters, same old Hamish ever endearing. The only fault I find is in the reason for the murder. I doubt if anybody would murder an author in order to keep him from finding out that you are not using his script as written. Of course there is always the artistic temperament I guess. And, as we all know, the first murder is the easiest then others follow. Still, a very interes.
