The Whole Book "Speaks" to Me!!! Yes, I too, discovered this book in the library and found it irresistible. Here was a whole book dedicated to my generation and not sticky, icky full of platitudes! I like the way the authors show you how to "mix and match" different resume layout styles to maximize showing off your skills ESPECIALLY when you're doing a career change. I'm going from law firm IT(18yrs) to medical records coding and they made me see how to translate my pluses in law firms to medicalthey show you "before" and "after resumes so you can see how a resume style change/or combo, really makes a difference!. "Very Useful Job Hunter Tool" according to Harley Haag. I found this to be a great guideline for your resume. Book contains lot's of good ideas. I would like to see future versions explain the extensive use of "automated applicant grading software" as many, many large companies will never even look at your application unless the computer rates you with a higher score.
