Interesting story L. K. Evans So this is another book where I found the story interesting, but it just didn’t hold my attention throughout.First off, there was way too much description for my taste and it slowed the story down terribly. I started skimming descriptions half way through the book. Not that they were done poorly, they were just too drawn out for me. I’d also say that the writing and proofreading got a tad bit lazy towards the end. There were repetitive words and, sadly, I noticed quite a few quotation errors and incorrect commas. It seemed to get worse the further. Dark Fantasy This is not your typical fairy story. Fairies are usually seen as magical creatures that are sweet and gentle. However, in this book, the Fae were creatures from nightmares. I was very much attracted to the blurb of this book, thus I was eager to read it especially when the Fae were sinister creatures.The story started off very strong but it then began to lose me after a quarter in. The first chapter was very gripping. It was violent and sad. We were introduced to the character Devin when he was ten years old. He and his mother ran away from Devin's abusive f. I was afraid it's going to be one of those rather boring stories with an overused and predictable plot, lacking in any real depth.I was wrong.Fae - The Wild Hunt has a sizable cast of characters and is mainly told from the point of view of Devin and Kloss, who are both children when we first meet them. As the story spans years, we get to see them both growing up, maturing. The charact
