The first thing that struck me about this book is the how close the testing process covered resembles my department's testing process.If you are unfamiliar with the assessment center process and test taking in general, this book would be a real help. The book for Lieutenants, Captains, and Asst. Chiefs would be helpful for someone testing for Sergeant or Corporal as well.
