My last course, focusing on system life cycles, included a group project, and our group chose an EMR implementation process as our project. Our textbooks (not by Amatayakul) were vague and difficult to understand, written more for computer programmers than for HIM types. Worse yet, the internet references we were able . Carla Goicochea-Creamer said brand new book. great book. Very interesting book regarding electronic health records and today's healthcare system. Easy to carry and read with a lot of terminology
