L. Heagney said Five Stars. Good book. 9th Grade gyphntr The cover says Ninth Edition but it should more appropriately be titled Ninth Grade Edition with the countless errors in spelling and grammar. While the tone is consistent, much of the material is idealistic, futuristic, and unattainable. We all know what "should" be done in order to move an organization forward. One of the main problems with this text, as I see it, i. True leadership book right here. Fred-e Great book. Used it in my leadership class for law enforcement. Highly recommended.
