baf08An excellent undergraduate level textbook baf0840@aol.com Overall this book is a great textbook. The author explains many of the topics clearly although it falls short (only one short chapter) in the subject of incorporating fiber optics into communication systems. There are a lot of errors in the book and the student must always turn to the errata. The problems at the end of the chapter are a bit easier than most technical textbooks. Good examples to show how equations are used.. 0@aol.com said An excellent undergraduate level textbook. Overall this book is a great textbook.
